Juicy deep fried oysters and fish with mayonnaise.

Beef Steak (rare) with another delectable sauce.
Chef told us that the meat used was just one grade below wagyu.

Flame-grilled sushi with individual customised sauce,
served with a steaming hot bowl of Miso soup.

Home-made Sorbet and Green Tea Ice Cream.

Dinner @ Ippudo (Mandarin Gallery) on Saturday evening

Where they serve thin ramen noodles in a huge, 10cm high bowl with easily
the nicest pork belly I've ever tasted, and a fatastastically flavourful broth.

Sunday was HOT! A jog at ECP with blinding sunlight left us very hungry. So
we headed to Joe's Kitchen @ Bukit Merah for some cheap, yummy Thai food.
