Last Evening's Roast Lamb

Fresh from the 4hrs in the oven, still covered with
smashed garlic cloves and rosemary.

Slow Roast Lamb topped with Hot Mint & Capers Sauce
On the side: Asparagus with Mixed Mushrooms &
Parmigiano-Reggiano, topped with Asparagus Jus

(Again, the vegetable recipe was so much fussier than that of the meat!!)
