Figs & Beets

ym cooks again, one last good meal before 3 weeks of European food =]

Sauteed Chicken with Figs

Here's the view from a different angle. The sauce consisted of cinnamon,
cardamom, shallots, red wine vinegar, port & homemade chicken stock.

Caramelized Beets & Turnips (smokin'!)

Yummy, healthy and hearty dinner!
