wy cooks for ym!

Seasoning the meat with sea salt, pepper and rosemary.

Ingredients for the soup.

100% natural, msg-free broth in preparation.

Sauteed mushrooms.

Moving on to the lamb.

Sizzling away.. (can't wait to chomp on it)


Combining the broth with cream and the mushrooms we have our

Starter: Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup (yummy!)

Main Course: Delicious Lamb in Tangerine Sauce
Sides: sauteed asparagus and baby tomatoes
and oven baked Russet Potatoes (by yours truly)


To finish, we have something else I mixed together the night before for

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse with Dried Cranberries & Toasted Almond Bits.
